Weight Watchers Tuesday- Getting in More Fiber

Well it was another shocker of a weight in for me as I lost another pound!  Go me!  That’s 6.6 pounds total.  Do I wish it was more, yes, but I’m going down, so it’s all good!

This week’s topic was about Fiber. Not much to tell about Fiber.  We all need it.  Women should get 25 grams a day and men 38.  You can get fiber from fruits and vegetables, beans, and whole grains.

I don’t know much else to say on the subject.  We all know we need it. It’s fantastic for digestion, and helps you feel fuller, as well as many other health benefits.

Anyway, I also found out I got a 2% raise also.  Better than nothing! And, now I’m catching up on my DVR’d shows and staying out of the rain.

Tomorrow, I’ll re-post the crock pot lasagna, with unfortunately, no pictures… I’m hoping I can fix the problem soon because this is getting annoying!
